WoW Forever stress test postponed to October 21: revised regional times

Replace the old calendar entry

The official WoW Forever stress test has slipped from October 19 to October 21. Kaivax posted the correction on October 16 at 22:39 UTC, already October 17 in Kyiv. Anyone who arranged a Monday evening with their group needs to move that appointment by two days. The earlier announcement describes the original plan; the new reply gives the corrected date.

Write the region beside the reminder

For Europe, the appointment is October 21, 19:00 CEST: 20:00 in Kyiv. For the Americas and Oceania, it is October 21, 14:00 PDT: 00:00 on October 22 in Kyiv. That second conversion crosses midnight. Check which region you intend to join before sending a time to your friends. A calendar entry saying only October 21 leaves room for a missed start.

Install the test version, expect a wipe

Open World of Warcraft in Battle.net and look in the Game Version menu above Play. The separate Forever Stress Test client appears under In Development; choose Install and finish the download before the opening. A WoW account is sufficient, with no invitation or active subscription required.

Blizzard will take the beta offline before the test and reopen it afterwards. Stress-test characters and names are deleted when the session ends. Questing, trading and forming a group contribute to the test; keeping that character or reserving its name permanently is not part of the offer.

A free place to rehearse group play

The extra wait is useful for sorting out controls and group coordination on our free, independent TWOW.PARTY/Forever server. You can check mechanics available on that realm, although compatibility with Blizzard's latest beta remains unconfirmed. The play entry is https://twow.party/?lang=en#play and connection instructions are at https://twow.party/en/start. Blizzard's official stress test still takes place through Blizzard's client.
